When I’m not making you brave, you’ll find me at home with my three hairless cats — Princess, Lenore, and Fanny — chasing a jackpot at the slots, or hunting down parts for my vintage Audi (there’s always another project car on the horizon). I’m a published chef and former vegan-restaurant owner, and my music taste runs the whole gamut: New York hardcore to country and everything in between.
